about Hardware or Software compatibility. Arrangements must be made ahead of
time. YZ Technology offers almost all kinds of technical support available at the
current Price listed on our Price List. Call for details. We appreciate your business and would like to thank you for the opportunity to
earn your business. All retail products are sold solely with the manufacturer's
warranty. YZ Technology will, when requested to do so, assist customer in
getting defective units repaired or replaced. Should YZ Technology agree to
repair or replace a unit, this in no way obligates YZ Technology to do so on
other occasions. YZ Technology hereby specifically excludes all warranties
expressed or implied other than provided by the manufacturer and of title. This
exclusion includes, but is not limited to, any warranty for fitness of purpose,
and any warranty of merchantability. There are no warranties, which extend
beyond the provision hereof. Limitation of
Liability: YZ Technology's total liability for any damage to customer is limited
to the actual cost of the product. YZ Technology is not liable for customer's
incidental or consequential damages. Prices are subject to change without
notice. Initial here. *RETURNS: Repairs / replacements
are allowed within 30 days after receipt of order. YZ Technology reserves the
right to either repair or replace the defective unit. Repaired or replacement
orders, within our return policy period, will be shipped back to the customer by
the same shipping method as the original order, at cost to the customer. Should
the customer request any other means of shipping, involving additional charges,
the customer will be responsible and billed for those charges. Shipping,
handling, insurance charges, tariffs, import charges and taxes are the sole
responsibility of the customer for the initial shipment, as well as the return
shipment on all non-functioning merchandise. Returns
for refunds on all non-defective equipment are allowed within 7 days after
receipt of order, and must be in "as-new" condition, in the original
packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. A 20% restocking
fee will be charged. Shipping, handling, insurance charges, tariffs, import
charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer for the initial
shipment, as well as the return shipment on non-defective merchandise.
